We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please visit our returns portal and follow the steps to submit your request. Shortly after submission, you will receive an email with the steps in order to process the postage.

**Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
If you have received your order and are not satisfied with the condition of the item, please feel free to contact us at support@biannit.com and we will look to resolve the issue as long as it meets our policy requirements.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with a store credit using the details provided with your initial order.
*Please note all refunds are processed as a store credit
**Store credits will not have an expiry date
Exchanges
Once your item has been received, we will inspect your return, and if approved, you will receive confirmation via email.
If for any reason, your return is not accepted as it does not meet our return requirements, you will be notified and you will receive a payment link in order to initiate the postage of you original item.
